1. The engine cannot start
①The battery power is insufficient and the voltage is low. ②The starter motor electromagnetic switch or the starter motor is damaged. ③The starting circuit is faulty and the starting switch is damaged. ④The fuel supply circuit is faulty. ⑤ There is air in the fuel system and the fuel filter element is clogged. ⑥The engine crankshaft burns tiles, making it impossible to rotate the crankshaft. ⑦The engine piston and cylinder liner are stuck and the piston cannot move.
2. The engine runs unstable, the load is heavy, and the vehicle is held back.
①There is atmosphere in the fuel system. ②The fuel filter element is clogged. ③The fuel transfer pump is worn and the pressure is low. ④The fuel injection pump is worn and the pressure is low. ⑤The fuel injector is worn and the fuel atomization is not good. ⑥Injection timing is inaccurate.
3. The engine power is insufficient and the exhaust emits black smoke.
①The air filter element is clogged. ②The exhaust gas turbocharger has carbon deposits or is damaged. ③There is something wrong with the electronic control system (information is displayed on the monitor). ④The fuel transfer pump, fuel injection pump or fuel injector is faulty. ⑤Injection timing is inaccurate. ⑥ Piston, piston ring and cylinder liner are worn. ⑦ The valve is not tightly closed or is defective, and the valve clearance is inaccurate.
4. The exhaust volume under the engine is large.

5. The engine burns oil and loses a lot of oil.
① Too much oil. ② The piston, piston ring and cylinder liner are worn. ③The floating oil seal of the exhaust gas turbocharger is damaged. ④The valve guide is broken.
6. There is organic oil in the water tank.
①The oil cooler core is broken. ②The water seal of the water pump is damaged and the drainage hole is blocked. ③The cylinder gasket is damaged.
7. There is coolant in the engine oil bottom.
①The oil cooler core is broken. ②The cylinder gasket is damaged. ③ There are cracks in the cylinder head or cylinder block.
8. The engine oil pressure is low.
①Insufficient engine oil. ②There is diesel fuel and coolant in the engine oil. ③The oil filter element is clogged. ④The oil pump suction pipe is exposed. ⑤The oil safety valve (bypass valve) is stuck in the overflow state or the spring is broken. ⑥The oil pump is worn. ⑦The gap between the crankshaft or camshaft and the bearing bush is too large.
9. The water temperature is too high.
①The coolant capacity is small. ②The thermostat is damaged. ③The belt is loose and the fan speed is low. ④The water pump is damaged. ⑤Initiate overload operation of the machine. ⑥ There is blockage inside or outside the water tank. ⑦ There is a mechanical failure inside the engine.
10. The generator is not charging.
①The battery is damaged. ②Charging circuit or ground circuit failure. ③ It is recommended to wear the motor brushes. ④The regulator or rectifier diode is damaged. ⑤The rotor (excitation coil) is damaged.
11. The hydraulic pipe trembles and the hydraulic pump makes loud noise.
① There is air in the hydraulic pump. ② The swash plate or plunger sliding shoe in the hydraulic pump is worn.
12. Walking astray.
①The track tension is improperly adjusted. ②The corresponding traveling motor has internal leakage or the reducer is damaged. ③The hydraulic pump leaks internally and the flow rate is small. ④The traveling control pilot circuit is faulty, or the traveling main circuit is faulty. ⑤The inner oil seal of the central rotary valve is damaged and oil leaks.
13. Walking speed is slow.
① The pilot control oil circuit or main oil circuit components are faulty. ② Pilot pump or hydraulic pump failure. ③The oil seal inside the center rotation is damaged and oil leaks.
14. Inability to walk and climb, and lack of digging ability.
① The main circuit and pilot circuit safety valves are faulty and the pressure is low. ② Corresponding safety relief valve, balancing valve, buffer valve, etc. are faulty. ③The hydraulic pump, pilot pump and control valve are leaking internally.
15. A certain circuit has no electrical function.
