When there is a large amount of dust in the air filter, the efficiency of the air filter will decrease linearly, causing air flow to be blocked and affecting engine power. Therefore, the alias should be promptly replaced: air filter element, air filter or clean filter paper. In severe cases, the new filter element can be directly replaced.
Pistons and cylinder liners
As the machine usage time increases, the strain loss between the piston and the cylinder liner gradually increases. When piston rings are severely worn, it will have serious adverse operating effects on the engine and produce adverse reactions such as difficulty in ignition or incomplete combustion. Therefore, please check and replace cylinder liners and piston rings regularly.
fuel filter
When air enters the fuel filter, it will directly block the pipe and allow the oil circuit to reach this position smoothly. This will directly lead to power shortages. In severe cases, ignition can be affected. Therefore, the fuel system filter should be disposed of in time. Patrol and check if there is air in the air. If necessary, you can choose to replace the diesel filter with a new one (filter material: glass fiber filter paper, chemical fiber filter paper, etc.).
