We need to judge the high-temperature faults of the hydraulic machine of the excavator according to the method, from simple to complicated, from the outside to the inside, from visualization to inspection.
First check whether the gear oil radiator is dirty, the amount of gear oil, the quality of the finished oil, and check the filter element. If there is any problem, it should be cleaned and replaced in time; check whether the hydraulic system is leaking. Use a digital multimeter to check for wiring problems and sensor damage. Use a direct temperature tester to check whether the actual gear oil temperature is too high.
The above checks are routine. Check the return check valve of the hydraulic system. They should be removed to check if the leaf spring is damaged or stuck. If you have any problems, clean or replace them.
Check the hydraulic oil pump of the excavator for abnormal noise and excessive oil discharge from the drain. If the pressure is too low, use a barometer to check the system pressure;
The temperature of the gear oil is too high, which is also a common problem in the hydraulic transmission system of excavators. The reasons are more complicated, and there are relatively many faults involved, which are generally unresolved.
For large excavators, the hydraulic drive system has a separate hydraulic fan motor and hydraulic fan pump, as well as a hydraulic fan relay, all of which cause high hydraulic temperature.
