One of the common problems in maintenance of mini excavators in construction field is that the excavator runs out of control. Now let’s take a look at the causes of the runaway situation.
1.Inertia oil bath air cleaner oil contains too much oil. It is sucked into the cylinder and extinguished. This is equivalent to increasing the fuel supply, which also accelerates and causes speed.
2.Because of misalignment or fuel plug, the plunger of the fuel radiation pump may rotate and the speed conditioning frame may be lost. In particular, the multi-cylinder oil pump is in a load-limited state and cannot alter the fuel supply to provoke operation.
3.The speed regulator drive sleeve of the single-cylinder diesel engine single-injection pump is blocked, resulting in poor speed control.
4.The inlet and return holes in the plunger sleeve of the injection pump are on the same plane. If the piston sleeve screw is too long to block the return hole, the return will be poor and oil will be supplied.
5.Because the fuel pump regulator is blocked at the fuel supply position or the rack and governor lever are loose and out of control.
