5. When the excavator is moving, the driver should first observe and whistle, and then move to avoid safety accidents caused by people on the side of the machine. After moving, ensure that there is no obstacle in the space of the excavator's rotation radius, and illegal operations are strictly prohibited.
6. Check every day whether the pin shaft bolts and other bolts in each part are loose, falling off, or missing. Find problems in time and tighten them in time. In addition, check whether the structure is cracked or deformed.
7. When parking the excavator, pay attention to the surrounding environment in advance, park it on a solid, stable and hard ground, and do not park in dangerous environments such as rivers, cliffs, and hillsides to prevent accidents. When parking at ordinary times, it is also necessary to pay attention to the complete retraction of the bucket cylinder, and make the bucket fall to the ground to protect other metal parts such as the excavator cylinder.
8. For excavators, as long as fuel, lubricating oil, water and air are well managed daily, 70% of failures can be reduced. In fact, around 70% of failures are due to poor management.
