The first point: check the radiator The excavator works in a harsh environment all year round, so there will always be a lot of dust, small debris blocking the radiator of the hydraulic radiator and the water tank, especially the hydraulic radiator has a small amount of oil leakage is the easiest radiator to block the rear of the tank, so everyone should be watching for any hydraulic radiator leaks.


The second point: check the engine cylinder head gasket. I don't know if you noticed what water was in the tank when it was cycled. It may be a small bubble. If this condition exists, there is a problem with the cylinder head of the engine.


The third point: check the pump to start the machine, and then squeeze the water pipe by hand. If it feels very strong when squeezed, it means the pump is not the problem. If it squeezes easily, the pump is not circulating well!


The fourth point: Check the water tank cover. The water tank cover is cracked, which will also cause the water temperature to rise. Because the water tank cover is broken, it is easy to cause water ingress when the water is circulated. So the water temperature will be higher!


Fifth point: Check the thermostat to see if the thermostat has been opened a small amount or is stuck. It is usually removed in summer!


Sixth point: Check whether the fan fan is at high speed and cannot keep up with the engine pulley. This is also the reason why the water temperature is easy to rise! Check the oil pump.


Seventh point: Check the flow rate of the oil pump. Of course, it's now a computer-controlled machine. Also something like the oil pump is too big or too small, or the fuel injection angle is wrong. The water temperature is also very high. However, this phenomenon is very rare.


Eighth point: Check the waterway. There is dirt in the waterway, which reduces the water flow. This is also a problem.


Ninth point: Check the antifreeze. If your machine has antifreeze added, it will evaporate. Indicates that you have not added ethylene glycol type antifreeze. Since the boiling point of genuine glycol antifreeze is 105-110 degrees, which is higher than that of water, it is not easy to volatilize. So everyone should pay attention to antifreeze!


Point 10: The engine power is insufficient, which increases the load on the hydraulic system, increases the resistance of the working device, and creates high temperature.


Eleventh point: For large excavators, the hydraulic system has a separate hydraulic fan motor, hydraulic fan pump, and hydraulic fan solenoid valve. Damage to these three components will cause hydraulic high temperature.
